We are delighted to have been asked again by the East London School Business Leaders Network to assist them this year with their 2024 Annual Conference and Exhibition.
The event is being held at Stratford Town Hall, conveniently located for the London Boroughs of Newham, Tower Hamlets, Barking and Dagenham, Hackney, Redbridge and Waltham Forest, and will consist of a Conference with keynote speakers and an education suppliers exhibition. This Conference aims to support new and experienced school business leaders and other members of SLT who want to gain an insight into the operational landscape of schools and use new innovative tools to help their schools become more efficient and compliant, delivering better learning outcomes.

Aidan Joyce
Aidan has spent a number of years specialising in Sage financial software products within the education sector and is now exclusively focused on Sage Intacct within education for ION.
Dave Keeling
Dave Keeling is an Actor, Comedian, Writer and Stand Up Educationalist who delivers highly engaging programmes for Laughology. As a facilitator, presenter and trainer, Dave has worked nationally and internationally in business and education for the last 20 years specialising in change management, improving teamwork and communication, developing creativity and enhancing wellbeing.
Harvey Lightowler
Harvey is a Sage Intacct for Education Consultant focusing mainly on the implementation and sales cycle for our education customers.
Helen Curry
Helen runs a national schools’ sustainability and circular service called School Resources Exchange. Her background is in EdTech and educational publishing. She has over 20 years’ experience working with schools across areas including school improvement, intervention, assessment and classroom teaching and learning. She has also served as a MAT Trustee and primary school governor. School Resources Exchange provides a route for schools to share their surplus school supplies with other schools directly. By passing on items, schools can help resource/equip other schools while also reducing their waste footprint and financial spend on waste management services.
Naomi Korn
Naomi is one of the UK’s leading experts in copyright, data protection and licensing. She is the CEO and strategic lead for Naomi Korn Associates - which provides DPO support for a number of schools across East London, as well as 5 college groups, several charities and universities www.naomikorn.com
Nic Teeman
Nic is a Director at Connetix IT Support & Consultancy, where he has spent more than 10 years delivering tailored ICT support to schools within the education sector. His work focuses on helping schools optimise their technological infrastructure, ensuring that their ICT systems run smoothly and efficiently. Connetix was founded in 2017 by four people who saw an opportunity to improve the quality of IT services provided to schools in the Tower Hamlets area. Since its inception, the company has expanded its offerings and now provides a broad spectrum of services, including Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Governance, Data Protection Officer (DPO) support, telephony solutions, website development, and cloud-managed services.
