We are delighted to now be hosting once again this one-day annual Conference at the Windsor Racecourse, Berkshire and to be welcoming back to this popular event both education suppliers and Schools Heads, Senior and Business Leaders.

A range of Keynote Speakers will be delivering a varied programme covering a range of topics of interest to the target audience. A full programme once finalised can be viewed and downloaded below.

There is no charge for delegates at this Conference, which includes lunch, refreshments throughout the day and on site parking, but those wishing to attend should please register below.

Laura Williams

With over 15 years leadership experience in the education sector, Laura is a school leadership coach and trainer working with SBLs, Headteachers and CEOs. She also hosts the School Business Leadership podcast, runs the SBL Coaching Community and writes blogs whilst eating chocolate. A former COO, CFO and Business Manager with CIPD and specialist CIPFA qualifications, she is a school business leadership expert and champion of SBLs everywhere. In her spare time she enjoys watching questionable TV shows and making lists.

Samantha Garner

Mental Health and Inclusion Consultant, Founder Balanced People Ltd Sam is a renowned speaker, trainer and author specialising in Mental Health and Inclusion. She has worked in the education sector as a SENCo and the corporate sector in a variety or roles. She is a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Counsellor and Master Mindset Coach. Sam has also founded a company, Balanced People Ltd, providing mental wellbeing and support to individuals and companies. She is in high demand to speak at conferences and events and provides in-house training for schools and companies, nationally and internationally. Lauded for her humour and ‘telling it like it is’ approach to mental health, Sam has had her book Mental Health in Education published by Routledge, and regularly writes for several publications with more books in the pipeline for publication.
