Marketing manager at Kittle Visual Marketing. Born and bred in Essex Georgie is the fiery pocket rocket and the secret weapon behind the Kittle visual marketing brand! Her colourful personality shines through in her bright and bold clothing and creativity. She is passionate about helping you craft a brand and magical toolkit to make your school the coolest place in town! She has a photography degree and over 15 years of brand and marketing experience within the education and retail sector and is an expert in driving brand awareness. Georgie strongly believes in schools’ authenticity and works hard to ensure that our marketing solutions are cost effective and affordable within restrictive budgets - marketing doesn’t have to be costly! When she’s not travelling the country visiting schools and head teachers, she’s mum to the three ‘C’s’ and partner to Paul.

Katy Davis

Senior HR Consultant, FusionHR. An experienced HR professional with a variety of generalist experience. Katy has strong skills in Human Resources HR, Change and Transformation Management as well as Recruitment/Talent Acquisition for some of the largest clients within both Retail & Corporate environments. She is currently working at Fusion Business Solutions Limited as a HR Business Partner, actively developing her knowledge and skills in other areas of Human Resources including Policy Writing along with an active involvement in Employee Wellbeing initiatives. She is passionate about equality and diversity within the workplace and is always looking to improve herself in every area of her life whether that be professionally or personally.

Kirsty Robson

People Services Manager (SLA) / Data Protection Practitioner, FusionHR. A highly motivated and experienced manager with strong expertise in HR, Employment Law compliance, recruitment, performance development & assessment. Excellent leadership skills combined with strong analytical and communication abilities. Dedicated to the provision of a high quality service, building strong working relationships at all levels within the business. Adaptable to changing priorities, meeting deadlines under pressure or prioritising workloads whilst always maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Laura Williams

With over 15 years leadership experience in the education sector, Laura is a school leadership coach and trainer working with SBLs, Headteachers and CEOs. She also hosts the School Business Leadership podcast, runs the SBL Coaching Community and writes blogs whilst eating chocolate. A former COO, CFO and Business Manager with CIPD and specialist CIPFA qualifications, she is a school business leadership expert and champion of SBLs everywhere. In her spare time she enjoys watching questionable TV shows and making lists.

Samantha Garner

Mental Health and Inclusion Consultant, Founder Balanced People Ltd Sam is a renowned speaker, trainer and author specialising in Mental Health and Inclusion. She has worked in the education sector as a SENCo and the corporate sector in a variety or roles. She is a qualified Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, Counsellor and Master Mindset Coach. Sam has also founded a company, Balanced People Ltd, providing mental wellbeing and support to individuals and companies. She is in high demand to speak at conferences and events and provides in-house training for schools and companies, nationally and internationally. Lauded for her humour and ‘telling it like it is’ approach to mental health, Sam has had her book Mental Health in Education published by Routledge, and regularly writes for several publications with more books in the pipeline for publication.

Stewart Kiddell

Stewart is the Head of Business Development for The Education Space, and has been working in the education industry for 10 years supporting schools. The Education Space is owned by schools to support schools! It was set up by head teachers in 2012, to support schools with their back office support functions. Over the last 5 years, their customer base has grown by 300% to 250 schools in the South of England. Stewart is passionate about helping schools to deliver amazing education for every child.

Vicky Wilson

Vicky is a Senior Associate in the Education Team at Browne Jacobson and has provided legal advice to schools for over 10 years. Vicky is an Independent Schools and Safeguarding specialist. She regularly advises on complex safeguarding matters, parental complaints, Family law issues that relate to the sector and data protection. Having previously worked in-house for an Educational Trust, Vicky has seen things from both sides and uses her insight to connect with clients and provide pragmatic advice. Vicky’s broad range of experience enables her to support schools with contentious and non-contentious work as well as with day-to-day operational advice, including admissions, exclusions and special educational needs. She is known for her governance and pastoral advice to independent schools and academies.
